Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling to retain your deposit. No call no show will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will need to be made to get back on the schedule. If there is an emergency prior to your appointment within the 24-hour period, that will be taken into consideration.
